Like most organizations, we have normal schedules that keep our organization running as smoothly as possible and allow our membership to enjoy the club.

These are the generally observed schedules: (as of 10/17/2006)

Note - Visitors are always welcome during normal operating sessions and meetings

Normal Operating Sessions are Scheduled at the following times:

• Every Thursday night from 7:30 'til ?? (except holidays)
• Every Saturday night from 7:30 'til ?? (except on open house weekends and holidays)
• There is also a group that meets some on Tuesday mornings around
  10:30 A-M for Layout Construction, Maintenance and occasional operation.

Normal Monthly Business Meetings are Scheduled at the following times and days. Please check your calendars and ours:

• 1st Thursday of every month - Board of Directors meeting 8PM to 9PM (except holidays)
• 2nd Thursday of every month - General Membership Business meeting 8PM to 9PM (except holidays *)
• As needed meeting are scheduled with membership of each scale as projects and issue arise. 
     * Visitors are welcome to visit the club at this time, but members will be tied up in the business meeting from 8PM to 9PM.

Currently we are running per session as follows:

N SCALE: DCC

HO SCALE: DCC on main sections of the layout; DC operation is performed on the layout's large outer loop

Please review the current club calendar for actual assignments

Members choice may override on nights when an overwhelming majority prefers the alternative
